The idea for Celebrate Local Texas began when I was offered an opportunity to help bring a private print publication to my own neighborhood.

Although that opportunity ultimately did not move forward, exploring what the publication could mean for our community opened my eyes to something special. Residents were excited about seeing their neighbors, families, pets, events and local stories represented in something created specifically for them. It would not simply be another magazine—it could feel like their publication.

I also began speaking with local business owners and discovered an important challenge. Many wanted to build relationships within the community, but some were hesitant to make the costly, long-term commitment often required by traditional print advertising.

That experience stayed with me.

I began imagining a more flexible, connected and measurable approach—one that could preserve the personal experience of a community publication, make stories easier to revisit and share, and create greater long-term value for residents and local businesses.

That vision became Celebrate Local Texas.

Our digital-first publications make it easy for residents to enjoy, revisit and share local stories—and to discover the businesses behind them.

Digital publishing also makes engagement measurable. With appropriate privacy protections, participating businesses can better understand how readers interact with their content through information such as story views, link clicks and video plays.

But visibility is only the beginning.
